Cancellation Charges

 

Our cancellation charges are determined by the fact that once you have booked internal flights, camp or hotels by us they will charge us a cancellation fee so therfore the amount will be decided on how long prier to comemencement of you tour

 

. Cancellation 100 days prier to your safari  will incur a 10%of total fee

 

. Cancellation 60 days prier to your safari will incur a 20% of total fee

 

. Cancellation 30 days prier to your safari will incur a 60% of total  fee

 

. Cancellation 15 days prier to your safari will incur a 75% of total fee

 

. Cancelation 3 days prier to your safari will incur a 100% fee

 

 

 Cancellation  Insurance

 

 It is a requirement that each member of your party has adeqate travel insurance covering all cancellation and medical expences,emergency travel,personal accident and baggage or money loss. This is your own responsibilityand should be taken out on your booking. Masai Adventure Camp cannot be

liable in any way should you fail to do so

 

 

 

 Responsibilitty

 

 Travel comes with a certain amount of risk traveling in underdevopled countries where road conditions and facilities may be poor or lacking forces of nature and accident or illness in remote areas . Bookings are accepted on the specfic condition that the Masai Adventure Camp acts only as agents of the passenger. Masai Adventure Camp  may purchases these services or suppliers without warranties thus such services are out of our control. While all precautions are taken to ensure the passengers safety and enjoyment on these tours . The right is reserved to substitute any hotels of comparable status and to make any changes to the itinerary due to adverse weather conditions, airline schedules .Masai Adenture Camp and /or its agents and suppliers shall not be liable for death injury ,delay ,loss or damage arising from any cause or in any manner whatsoever including acts of terrorism ,inderpendent suppilers or contractors , their employees , representatives or any event beyond the contol of Masai Adventure Camp. All baggage is carried at the passengers own risk . The airlines used provide flights in Kenya are subject to international air conventions the limitations of liability are on the reverse side of the airline ticket
